Owaissa As Director of Sales and Marketing, Owaissa balances her partner’s take-charge energy with calming insight and serene competence. Educated in Literature, steeped in spirituality and a perpetual proponent of women and children’s issues, Owaissa’s perspective informs every production with observations and instincts issued directly from the heart. Her early experiences in retail sales led naturally to various roles marketing educational opportunities for aspiring actors, models and, later, airline pilots. Helping transform a fledging pilot training academy into a robust operation, Owaissa wasted no time in quadrupling the initial student body and then doubling enrollments again in the first year alone. Taking a hiatus from sales and marketing, Owaissa devoted herself enthusiastically to the demands and joys of being a full-time mom, raising three children before easing back into part-time work. Seemingly 180 degrees removed from the world of sales and marketing, Owaissa’s experience offering life-coaching services as owner and counselor with Healing Insight provided valuable clues into how people process the stimuli of daily life and why they make the decisions they do, insight which serves her well back in the realm of customer service and outreach with Big Sky Productions.
